Digital Product Purchases
When you purchase an ebook from Enfantspedia, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and access the ebook for personal use only. Sharing, distributing, or reselling digital products is strictly prohibited. Digital products are delivered via email or download link within 24 hours of purchase confirmation.

Physical Product Purchases
Physical books purchased from Enfantspedia remain the property of the buyer upon delivery. However, the content and intellectual property within the books remain protected under copyright law. Reproduction, scanning, or unauthorized distribution of the content is prohibited.
Pricing & Payment
All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept payments via Razorpay and other listed payment methods. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed.
Shipping & Delivery (Physical Books)
We ship physical books across India. Delivery times vary based on location (typically 5-7 business days for metro cities, 7-10 business days for other locations). Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control.
Returns & Refunds

Physical Books: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Books must be in original condition with packaging intact. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item.

Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital products, ebooks are non-refundable once the download link has been accessed or the file has been downloaded.

User Conduct
As a user, you agree not to misuse or interfere with the website's functionality. Any attempt to access restricted areas, distribute malware, engage in fraudulent activities, or compromise the security of the site will result in immediate termination of your access and may lead to legal action.
