Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

Physical Books:

  • Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery

  • Book must be in original condition with packaging intact

  • No markings, highlights, or damage

  • All included materials (if any) must be returned

Valid reasons for return:

  • Book received is damaged or defective

  • Wrong book/incorrect order delivered

  • Book received in poor condition

Non-returnable:

  • Change of mind after opening the package

  • Normal wear and tear during shipping

  • Books marked, highlighted, or used

Digital Products (Ebooks):

  • Non-refundable once download link is accessed or file is downloaded

  • Refunds considered only if the file is corrupted or inaccessible (we'll provide a replacement first)

Return Process

To initiate a return:

Step 1: Contact us within 7 days of delivery at admin@grimbell.com with:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos of the damaged/incorrect item (if applicable)

Step 2: Await return authorization and return address

Step 3: Ship the item back to us (return shipping costs borne by customer unless the error is ours)

Step 4: We'll inspect the returned item within 2-3 business days of receipt

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds processed within 7-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item

  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method

  • You'll receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed

  • Bank processing may take an additional 3-5 business days

Refund Amount

  • Full Refund: If the book is damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong item (includes shipping charges)

  • Partial Refund: Original price minus return shipping costs (if return is due to customer preference within the return window)

Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for damaged or defective books

  • Subject to stock availability

  • If the replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued

Cancellations

Before Shipping:

  • Full refund if canceled within 24 hours of order placement

  • Contact admin@grimbell.com with your order number

After Shipping:

  • Follow the standard return process

  • You may refuse delivery, and the item will be returned to us

  • Refund processed once we receive the return

Non-Refundable Items

  • Ebooks (digital downloads) once accessed

  • Gift cards or promotional items

  • Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"

Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Recipient unavailable

  • Refused delivery

The package will be returned to us, and we'll contact you for reshipment (additional charges may apply).

Damaged During Shipping

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos of damaged item and packaging

  • We'll arrange immediate replacement or full refund (including shipping)

Digital Products (Ebooks)

  • Delivered via email within 24 hours of purchase

  • Check your spam/junk folder if not received

  • Contact admin@grimbell.com if you don't receive your download link

Payment Gateway Issues

If payment was deducted but order not confirmed:

  • Contact us immediately at admin@grimbell.com

  • Refund processed within 7-10 business days

  • Provide transaction ID and payment proof
