Change of mind after opening the package

Normal wear and tear during shipping

Books marked, highlighted, or used
Digital Products (Ebooks):

Non-refundable once download link is accessed or file is downloaded

Refunds considered only if the file is corrupted or inaccessible (we'll provide a replacement first)
Return Process
To initiate a return:
Step 1: Contact us within 7 days of delivery at admin@grimbell.com with:

Reason for return

Photos of the damaged/incorrect item (if applicable)
Step 2: Await return authorization and return address
Step 3: Ship the item back to us (return shipping costs borne by customer unless the error is ours)
Step 4: We'll inspect the returned item within 2-3 business days of receipt
