At Enfantspedia, we strive to provide high-quality books that enrich children's learning experiences. Our refund policy covers both eBooks and hardcopy books to ensure a smooth and fair process for our customers.

1. eBook Refund Policy

 

Due to the digital nature of eBooks, all sales are final, and refunds will not be provided once a purchase is completed. However, refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • If the eBook was not delivered due to a technical issue on our end.

  • If the eBook is unreadable or has major formatting issues that make it unusable.

  • If an incorrect eBook was delivered due to an error from our side.

To request a refund for an eBook, please contact us at [support email] within 48 hours of purchase, providing details of the issue along with proof (screenshots, order confirmation, etc.).

 

2. Hardcopy Book Refund & Replacement Policy

 

We take utmost care in printing and shipping our books. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect book, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Eligibility for Refund/Replacement:

You can request a refund or replacement if:

  • You received a damaged or defective book (torn pages, misprint, binding issues, etc.).

  • The wrong book was delivered.

  • The book was lost in transit and not delivered within 15 days of the estimated delivery date.

Non-Refundable Cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase.

  • Slight color or design variations due to printing processes.

  • Delays caused by courier services.

Process for Refund/Replacement:

  1. Email us at admin@grimbell.com within 3 days of receiving the book, along with:

    • Order details (Order ID, date of purchase)

    • Clear images of the damaged/incorrect book

    • Reason for refund or replacement request

  2. Once verified, we will initiate a refund or ship a replacement within 7 days.

 

Refund Method:

  • If eligible, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

  • For replacements, the new book will be dispatched at no additional cost.
